I have a medical theory about the common cold and viruses?
We all seem to develop antibodies after we get over a type of virus why can't we simply mimic a false immune system environment? In other words create the antibody then inject our cells with the coded messages of the antibody sequence this will create an immunity to that particular virus. Yes I understand the virus mutates but we seem to create vaccines to let our body do the work and creates it's own antibodies if this is true why cant we have an aids vaccine? I understand the seasonal flu vaccine works and is effective but is time consuming to create and isn't always spot on. We need to predict what virus will arrive during flu season from another part of the globe such as Australia Then we need to figure that this is the most likely scenario is that this particular virus will make it here during flu season and viola they make a vaccine. Now what if the just take the existing viruses known and make an antibody for all this will ensure that we are protected 100% from the suspected viruses not just one likely virus? In a nut shell create antibodies from known viruses via an artificial host then instruct our cells to make this antibody the whole process could theoretically take 75% less time than traditional methods and could be done on a yearly basis. This process would be less time consuming than normal vaccines and wouldn't even involve any part of the offensive virus it would involve the hemoglobin of the human body's defensive mechanism. The use of an artificial host seems complex and would be far more than some petrie dish this would have to be a non living entity but have the same Components of the human body a lymphatic system hemoglobin and universal blood type
