Moms, has this happened to you?

( I asked this question earlier but few responses)I am 21yrs. old and I am exactly a week late today on my period and note: this has never happened to me before. Always have normal 28 day cycles and always get my period within a day or two of when I am expecting it. Being pregnant is a high possibility since my fiance and I have been having unprotected . I actually bought a test the day before yesterday when I realized I'm kind of late and took it yesterday morning to find out that it was negative. I am having very dull cramping in lower abdomen, bbs aren't really sore at all which usually they are around Af so that's a little strange but they are fuller ,sry if tmi but have been noticing more creamy thin discharge *no smell or itchiness and not normal for me*, very thirsty and tired. Those are my only really I guess " symptoms". Something just feels different. Lifes been good so no stress at all or with conceiving as this is unplanned if I am pregnant. Anyway, I've been rambling ....but my question is not am I pregnant because lol no one can answer that for me, I just want to know if there are any mothers or soon to be mothers who have been in this similar situation and found out that they were or were not pregnant in the end. Please the more stories the better. Thank you! <3
