Waitressing and questions?

I HAVE BEEN a waitress (server) going on a month now so im still learning and becoming better at it. I also make good tips and give great service WHEN we arent so busy! at times I get double sat and so forth and then i dont get to serve my guest well, and cant be so attentive to their needs because im so busy. I make more money when timing is right and i get to give the guest my best service.... how can I handle this? I love what I do
