What were the "Soviet demands in the Mediterranean" at Potsdam?

The Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia states that one issue at the Potsdam Conference of 1945 was "Soviet demands in the Mediterranean region." I ume this refers to Italy and Greece. Is this a fair umption? And what exactly were those demands? Thanks.
