Im having my Laptop restored back to Vista, can I reinstall windows 7?

I'm sending my Laptop back to the manufacturer to be restored back to how it was when it was brand new and they said I will lose windows 7 and Vista will be reinstalled... I bought Windows 7 online and have used the authorization code will I still be able to reinstall it again without having to pay?
