Sounds like a trap to me, to test your uality. Although, from what you have said in the past, she has kind of let herself go and has gained a lot of weight. Maybe this is the only way she can get a date. I would reply with a thank you and then send her some names of your friends and wish her luck. Please do not p my wife's number to her.
