What's the name and author of this poem?

It argues that life is one big dream. I think the narrator wakes from his/her night dreams every morning only to live through another series of dreams, which are life itself. I forget if the author contends that the dream is collective or if the author is the only one dreaming and everyone else is a figment of his/her imagination... pretty spooky stuff!
