I just want to make sure I'd be doing a Wedding Response Card Postcard the right way?

I'm sending my response cards for my wedding as postcards, to save money. Can I just write all the fancy please respond by etc etc blah blah blah on the side with the design, then on the back side stamp in our address where you normally address something...and put the stamp on it like normal...and then they'll fill in their own address of course....this would work out fine right? Just worrying since they're for my wedding and kinda a big deal ... thanks for your info : )
