Is Down's Syndrome and Alzheimers as funny to the Republicans as Parkinson's is?

Rush Limbaugh the de facto head of the GOP thinks that mocking people with Parkinson's is perfectly OK. Where does one stop? Is Down's syndrome hilarious as well as Alzheimer's which Ronald Reagan died from. Why are your Republican congressman not disagreeing with Rush do they also find it worthy of mocking too? There answer to this is that Rush is just a comedian not our leader. Until I hear them denounce Rush, I will consider them in support of this type of shameless type of stuff!
