u shud workout too,n drink a lot of plain water to detoxify ur body,at least 8 gl a day,many of my fren managed to lose weight when doing this habit,8 gl a day..n u shud give urself some time, maybe in 3 to 4 months,i had lose 20kg in 2 years..but not with so-hard-work and strict diet, i just workout,not to hard too,n eat moderately n also drink a lot of water, be consistent
