What's wrong with me now!?

/: frequent stomach aches. I'm not pregnant it doesn't have to do with my period I'm a young teenage girl who is otherwise very healthy. I get sort of nausious sometimes a headach along with it. Food temporarily releaves the pain surprisingly . I went to the dr they didn't know. This has been gong on for over 2 months. What's wring with me?
