HELP!!! What is a matter with my friend???!!!?

My friend, Donna, has been sick for the past few days. She's been having severe pains in her stomach and pancreas. She's been having cold/hot flashes and headaches. She hasn't been vomiting, but she feels like she will. Her belly has been puffing up too and she dose not feel like she's getting enough air while breathing. I know she's not pregnant because she had her tubes tied a loooong time ago. She dose not want me to call 911. What is a matter with her???!!! Thanks.
