My laptop keeps restarting after starting up..?

guys please help me!! after starting up, a window pops up asking me to save all data because there's something wrong with the nt authorisation (smthg like that) and there is also a timer counting down about 45 seconds before my computer restarting. What should i do??what is wrong actually??
