A weird discharge what could it be?

For about a week i ve had this clear discharge n sometimes it will have like white mucus in it..I'm not pregnant well atleast I don't thin I had my period last month on the 17th and it comes the same time every month so I kno its not getting ready for that and its the first time its happening...I thought it was weird at first but its startin to get annoying..what is it?
